Saturday November 12th’s vibration (12+11+2+0+1+6) = 32/5. We have the mercurial dynamism of 5 helping us to shed old skins and transform into the new today:5’s energy teaches us (sometimes forces us!) to embrace change as a natural evolutionary process. It is the pro/co-creative energy of the 5 that transforms the seed into the flower into the fruit, the generator of infinite evolutionary experience. 5 encourages us to be adaptable and ready for anything, because anything can happen!

The form and reciprocal nature of the Pentacle inside the Pentagram sets up the Phi ratio, also known as the “Golden” ratio, which generates infinite growth and evolution. We see the Phi ratio all over the Human body, and throughout the natural world, and when the ancients found this out, they considered the Human form to be the archetype form and this prompted the famous saying: “Man is the measure of all things”. They used the human form as their universal measuring stick, and were able for example, to accurately plot the orbital pathways and spatial relationships of the planets to each other just by observing and measuring the ratios found in the Human form.

The 5 as the number of Humankind, places us in the microscopic world, but its reflection is in that of the Macroscopic world, and as such relates the human form to the divine form of God and the Universe as the expression of God. After all we are told that we were created in His/Her image. The Phi Ratio generates immense creative and dynamic energy, and it is up to you to focus, temper and guide this energy with discrimination, to aid evolution of the self, and humanity at large, today.

The deeper symbolism of the geometric energy of the 5 shows how the human form and in fact many natural forms are holographic expressions of the creator, but certain religious movements didn’t want people to know that the divine, God, the Source, whatever name was given, was within us and all around us. They wanted us to believe in a fearsome God who was very far away, watching us from up on high, and casting out judgments. It is much easier to control the masses through fear with such images. So, because the geometry of the pentagram inside the pentagon holds the secret of divine creation and connection, “the masses” were steered away from the revelatory power of its form with fear. Lately, we can see that during our current time-cycle, we are rebalancing our perceptions about the Pentagram, and can view it as the Pythagoreans’ did, a symbol of health, safety and divine magic. 5 makes us aware of the ego self, especially through the 5 physical senses, but at the same time makes us aware of our connection to Unity consciousness.

Number 5 and 10 Phi Ratio Numerology Mandala: hand-painted by Rosalind Pape.

Pythagoras was a mystic as well as a mathematician, and the school of Pythagoras used the Pentagon and Pentagram as its’ logo. To the Pythagoreans the 5 is the number of nature and life because above the 4 elements of Earth, Air, Fire and Water, is the 5th and celestial element of Ether. Pythagoreans called it “Quintessence”, which means “the purest and most essential part of anything”. The divine essence within us all. The Pythagoreans noticed that the 5 points of the Pentacle resembled 5 capital A’s interlocked, so they called this symbol “Pentalpha”. Alpha represents the element of Air and is present everywhere, in, through and around all creation, telling us that the divine is everywhere. Of course, the airy nature of the 5 also relates to its association with Mercury, the air-borne messenger.

5 is linked to all the AIR signs of the zodiac: Gemini, Aquarius and Libra. Remember, Mercury rules all the Air signs. All air signs have acute mental perception and clarity. They are also able to balance and discriminate with total fairness and integrity. Discrimination is the key word with the Air influence, fairness and the weighing up of good and evil, and choosing the path that will bring awareness of the Truth. So it’s a day for weighing things up before you decide which change of course to follow.

5-The-HierophantThe 5th card in the traditional Tarot is the Hierophant, a religious/spiritual leader, a figure-head of wisdom and tradition. He sits on a throne between two pillars, like the High Priestess, his counter-part, but where she is the hidden esoteric aspect of spiritual knowledge, the Hierophant is the outer image, the expresser of spiritual beliefs. 5’s Mercurial energy is all about communication, after all.

He wears a 3-layered crown with 5, 7 and 3 trefoils in each layer and these numbers reflect the holy trinity or triangle of light/consciousness at the top via the 3, filtered through the 7 rays of vibration, and then the 5 creates the reproductive geometry necessary for physical biological life. The Hierophant is our interface with God/dess, and represents our own inner Priest-King, our Melchizedek, the governor of our spiritual destiny and heritage. 5 communicates the universal intelligence, and so does this spiritual hierarch.

There is the air of the warrior around with 32/5, with an emphasis on freedom of expression and speech, and equal rights for all. Knowledge, leadership ability, and intellect are all part of the 32 vibration. Words such as Respect, Christ, Glory and Power add up to 32, so you can see the potent transformational energy that pervades 32/5. The theme of taking responsibility through a sense of honour comes through strongly, giving us the opportunity to display a great deal of integrity.

32-6-of-WandsThe 32nd card in the Tarot is the 6 of Wands. In the traditional image, we see a figure on horse-back, holding a wand with the laurels of victory adorning it. Success is his, the crowd’s applause is deafening, he is the winner, the leader, the celebrity of the moment, his efforts have been acknowledged, praised and supported. When this card and vibration appears, it is a big affirmation to go for it, to say yes, and to have total faith in your self and your talents, everyone else seems too, today!

However, while under the 32/5 vibration you must learn to focus your energy on worthwhile projects – spreading yourself too thinly will dull your creative impact. As long as you pull all your multiple talents together in a focused, disciplined and intended goal you can achieve great success. With 3 and 5 you have a variety of creative talents at your disposal, and one of the best talents you have now is inspiring confidence in others (2), by uplifting them through your creative expression. The one word of warning here is don’t let pride get in the way of your achievements! And remember to continue to follow your intuition, be careful that all this fame and glory doesn’t cause you to make too many reckless decisions!

Enjoy your day everyone! And if it’s your birthday or anniversary today, then this vibration stays with you for the year as your Personal Year vibration! Go well! Rosalind Pape.
