Friday 24th February ‘s vibration (24+2+2+0+1+7) = 36/9. With 9 we have a turning point: the end of the root-essence single-digit vibrations, opening the doorway to the 10, which takes us right back to the beginning again through 10’s root essence of 1. Endings and beginnings are always highlighted when 9’s energy is active, and as we approach this epic New Moon Solar Eclipse in Piscis on Sunday, the themes of grand cycles of time, evolution and karma coming to long-awaited conclusion are reverberating clearly.

9 is 3 x 3, the Trinity tripled, and the 3 and the geometry of the Trinity, the TRIANGLE, create the blueprint for LIGHT. 9 is ultra-powerful in expanding the light, and the main intention of 9’s vibration is to enlighten and evolve. Evolution is a process of moving through experiences, learning from them, and then letting them go so that you can move ahead to further experiences.

Today, the date adds up to 36/9, and with 36/9, geometrically speaking, we also have a great deal of LIGHT multiplication through the expansion of triangulation: 3, the Triangle, to the 6, the double, reflected triangles of the Star of David/Seal of Solomon, to the 9, 3×3, three triangles reflecting the light exponentially. These are some of the reasons why Tesla coined his famous quote: “If you only knew the magnificence of the 3, 6 and 9, then you would have the key to the universe”.

9 is a perfectionist because it is at the top of the range in the single digit series. The highest ideal of all is Unconditional Love, which is the foundation stone of all the teachings of light. All these teachings revolve around the cyclical/spiral energy of unconditional love, which evolves life in all dimensions.

We can see that the 6 and the 9 are the same symbol, just flipped vertically. The 9 is a spiral that moves out from the centre, which expresses the energy of evolution, while the 6 is a spiral that curves inwards, symbolising involution and fertility. So the cycles that 9’s energy generate evolve us continually to the light and expansion of unconditional love. Gratitude is the fuel that drives this evolutionary spiral.

This is the secret that the Hermit (card 9 in the Tarot), has spent many lifetimes discovering, and the one that must now be shared today. 9 is all about reflecting the inner light of your wisdom to the outside world, and the Hermit card illustrates this theme perfectly. The Hermit is standing on top of a mountain, holding out a lamp of reflected ageless wisdom to the rest of humanity. S/he has attained, and evolved through the cycles of growth that 9 completes. The Hermit has detached from the pettiness and density of the material plane by focusing on the task and goals s/he has set for herself and by looking at all obstacles as opportunities for growth, experience, and ultimately wisdom.

The key symbolism of the Hermit is the “Lamp of Hermes” that s/he holds out. If you look closely, you will notice that the symbol of 9 is actually a lamp with a handle, a container of light that enlightens and illuminates darkness and ignorance. The Hermit knows that knowledge is worthless and meaningless if it is isn’t shared. True wisdom, and true fulfillment is achieved by giving out and reflecting your knowledge, and watching it enlighten others.

9’s energy compels us to take on board and live the ideal of unconditional love, which is quite a challenge in the polarized, dense and materialist/consumerist world of the 3rd dimension we exist in today. We are living in a consciousness mind-set that gives to receive, although a lot of people live in denial of this fact. But what the 9 has learnt through its many experiences is that when no conditions are placed upon the energy you give, then the energy you receive returns like a tidal wave of love and abundance.

Because a 9 is always aiming for perfection, you may find that today as soon as you have overcome one obstacle, another will present itself. It is true that when you are under the 9 vibration, the higher you evolve, the more tests you will meet, but these tests and obstacles will ultimately empower you further, and through your example, other people will also be inspired to reach for the stars, and bring the harmony, peace and balance of the spiritual realms down to earth.

Feeling over-burdened with responsibilities is the main theme of the 36th card in the Tarot, the 10 of Wands. Here we see a figure carrying the whole bunch of 10 wands on his back, he has a heavy load, but he can see the end in sight, the light at the end of the tunnel. He may well have exhausted himself with everything he feels obliged to do, but with 9 and 10 working together here, this cycle is ending, being harvested, and a new phase is about to begin. One where he may finally learn the art of delegation, and letting go.

Ultimately, 9’s energy compels us to let go of the past, learn from it, of course, but let go of old baggage so that you can face the future with fresh vigour and hope. This was the key theme of the Lunar Eclipse, and today, after all those good intentions were set, you may find that it all feels like an uphill struggle, but remember the path of the Hermit and keep going, you’ll make it!

Enjoy your day everyone! And if it’s your birthday or anniversary today, then this vibration stays with you for the year as your Personal Year vibration! Go well! Rosalind Pape.
